Spain: from conventions to celebrations
We welcomed 800 guests from Latin America for a four-day convention that mixed business with truly memorable experiences in Madrid.
Highlights included sessions at Puy du Fou Spain Theme Park, where history came alive, and a spectacular closing night at the WAH Show, a feast of music, food, and entertainment.
Why it was special? The event went beyond meetings and schedules, guests got to feel the spirit of Spain through food, music, and unforgettable shared moments.
Belgium: Coca Cola Tomorrowland
Tomorrowland isn’t just a festival. It’s a stage where global brands connect with new generations through emotion and experience.
We designed and produced an exclusive influencer journey that transformed a complex vision into a seamless live activation. From modular container structures to moving installations and mobile experiences, every element was engineered for precision and impact.
Our team managed concept, logistics, and production end-to-end, from creative ideation to on-site coordination, ensuring that every moment felt spontaneous yet perfectly orchestrated.
The result: a multi-day experience where content creation, brand storytelling, and live engagement came together naturally. Beyond visibility, the project demonstrated how influencer activations can translate a brand’s essence into shareable, human-scale experiences that resonate far beyond the event itself.

Portugal: a night to remember at Bolsa Palace in Porto
In Porto, we had the pleasure of organizing a very special gala dinner for an international Italian beauty brand. A heartfelt celebration for their top-performing sales partners.
The setting couldn’t have been more perfect. The stunning Bolsa Palace, one of Porto’s most iconic landmarks, with its grand halls and timeless charm.
It was an intimate evening with just 18 guests, but full of warmth, laughter, and pride. Every detail was carefully planned. The elegant décor, the soft lighting, the flow of the evening, all creating a relaxed and refined atmosphere that truly reflected the spirit of the brand.
It wasn’t just a dinner. It was a moment to pause, connect, and celebrate success together in one of Portugal’s most beautiful settings.
Sweden: seminar by the sea
ONE Event Nordics welcomed a group of 30 guests of a life insurance company for a 3-day seminar in beautiful Stockholm. The program combined learning, local discovery, and a touch of Scandinavian magic.
One of the highlights was exploring the Stockholm archipelago by speedboat. A thrilling way to see the city from a completely different perspective. The energy, the views, and the fresh sea breeze made it an experience to remember.
The evening program reached its peak with an aperitif and dinner at Soho House Stockholm, set in a stunning former Methodist church from 1894. The historic setting, warm ambiance, and great company created a truly unforgettable atmosphere.
As the Project Manager and Tour Leader shared:
“Getting ready to take off, and we’re still receiving wonderful feedback from clients and participants. The dinner in the old church was truly the highlight of the event – they were delighted! Thank you all for this great success.”
A perfect ending to a program that brought together great people, inspiring settings, and authentic Swedish charm.

Argentina: an evening of wine, music, and connection
In Mendoza’s stunning Uco Valley, we hosted an intimate evening for a group of 80 people at the famous Bodega Salentein.
The entire winery was reserved exclusively and our guests got to experience one of Argentina’s most inspiring wine regions up close. A place where tradition and innovation meet in the most natural way.
As guests explored the cellars, surrounded by the scent of grapes and oak – the sound of a live piano began to fill the space. A tango duo soon joined in, turning a simple wine tasting into something truly special.
It was relaxed and elegant, with a real sense of connection in the air. A night that reminds you why shared experiences matter. Warm conversations, good wine, and moments people will talk about long after the trip ends.

Spain: celebrating TOP performers
An incentive trip for 170 top sales performers from Colombia combined two cities, engaging programs, and countless memories in Madrid & Valencia.
From flamenco nights and paella-making to an elegant gala dinner at the City of Arts and Sciences, guests enjoyed the best of Spanish culture in true style.
Event highlights: a great mix of culture, celebration, and togetherness, showing that incentive trips can be meaningful and full of joy.
Finally, we end back in Spain, with a glass of Agua de Valencia in hand and stories shared under the stars.
