Can you share a bit about your professional background and what led you to join One Event?
Pablo: With over 9 years of experience in the tourism industry, I have always been passionate about understanding the unique needs of each client and ensuring their trips are unforgettable experiences.
My career has been focused on the commercial side, where I have had the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the market dynamics and develop personalized strategies for each project.
One Event has always caught my attention due to its focus on flexibility and total commitment to its clients.
As a supplier to a previous company I worked for, I was able to see firsthand their dedication to finding the best solutions and guaranteeing exceptional experiences in any destination.
This alignment with my professional values and my desire to continue growing in a dynamic environment were the key factors that led me to join this great team.
What excites you most about your new role as Sales Manager at our Spanish office?
Pablo: I have always admired the rich culture and passion for travel of the Spanish people. Joining One Event and leading the team in Spain is like a dream come true. The exponential growth of tourism in the country, especially in segments like sports and wellness, reflects an increasingly sophisticated demand.

On a personal note, what’s something interesting about you. A hobby or a fun fact—that your colleagues might not know?
Pablo: Something you might not know about me is that I’m a passionate runner. I love traveling to different cities to participate in marathons. I believe there’s no better way to get to know a place than by running through its streets!
The discipline and energy that running gives me are fundamental to me.
